My name is Thomas Hartin. I am a lifelong New Yorker, growing up in Queens County and currently residing in Nassau County. I received my electrical engineering degree from Manhattan College (2011) and my law degree from Fordham University School of Law (2016). At Hartin Family Law, our core values, guiding every decision we make, are as follows:

For this, we offer multiple types of alternative fee arrangements, including fixed fee billing. This means that no matter how complex your case becomes, you will not be charged more than the agreed-upon amount.
3. Relentless Preparation. Any attorney can walk into a courtroom and start a shouting match. In our experience, these attorneys are less prepared to discuss the merits of their case, and therefore, are less likely to achieve a favorable outcome for their clients.
